Your needs and preferences may change from one day to the next. Pay attention to how, when, and where you’re inspired to take this in.
Know that these teachings are filtering into multiple dimensions of self: Your intellectual process is only one layer of the experience, and others (embodied, energetic, deeper aspects of knowing) may come online.
Consider these questions to support coherence and integration
Where in my life do I feel frustrated in cycles of over-efforting, overwhelmed, uninspired? Where else in my life - present or past - do I experience this same internal state?
What experiences and states of being would become available to me if I began to follow my Sacred YES? When I consider this possibility, how do I feel now?
How do I compartmentalize aspects of myself in my public or professional life (my emotional experience, my familial identity, my personal opinions) because I perceive bringing those aspects in would make things harder?
